The Hampshire Chamber website is designed to support keyboard navigation, screen readers, text resizing, zoom and responsive layouts. Public information should remain understandable without relying on colour, pointer-only interaction or a particular screen size.
If you cannot access something
If a page, form or parliamentary document is difficult to use, contact Chamber administration and select Accessibility. Explain the page or material you need and the format or adjustment that would help.
Published documents
Parliamentary records may include documents created for a formal proceeding. Where an accessible alternative is needed, the Chamber should provide or arrange an appropriate format where practicable while preserving the authenticity of the parliamentary record.
Technical approach
The public website uses semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, labelled forms and responsive layouts. Accessibility defects are treated as product defects and should be corrected without changing the meaning of the underlying parliamentary record.
