Parliamentary material
Copyright and reuse conditions can differ between parliamentary publications, data, images, third-party material and institutional identity material. Check the notice attached to the individual item before reproducing it.
Attribution and context
Where reuse is permitted, preserve the source, date and parliamentary context of the material. Reuse must not imply that the Hampshire Chamber endorses a person, organisation, campaign, product or altered version of a parliamentary record.
Third-party rights
The Chamber cannot grant rights that belong to another person or organisation. Personal data, third-party copyright, trade marks and other protected rights may require separate permission even where the surrounding parliamentary publication can otherwise be reused.
