Current constitutional institution
The Hampshire Chamber is the legislature for Hampshire County under the current constitutional settlement. It is institutionally distinct from Hampshire County Government, strategic authorities, local councils and the United Hampshire Parliament.
Predecessor material
Historical Hampshire political, council and community material is not automatically a current Hampshire Chamber record. It is preserved with its original institutional title, date and context so that historical activity is not misrepresented as present constitutional authority.
