What information we handle
Most public pages can be read without providing personal information. Personal information may be supplied when you contact the Chamber, use an authorised participation route or access a restricted staff service.
Why information is used
Information submitted through the website is used for the parliamentary or administrative purpose for which it was provided, such as answering an enquiry, handling an information request, supporting accessibility, administering an authorised parliamentary process or maintaining secure staff access.
Parliamentary publication
Some authorised parliamentary processes may result in evidence, correspondence or other material becoming part of the public parliamentary record. A live submission process should explain its publication arrangements before information is submitted.
Access and requests
Use the contact service for a privacy or personal-information enquiry. Published parliamentary records remain available through their relevant public collections.
