Check published information first
Many parliamentary records are published directly. Search Bills, proceedings, questions, votes, committee material, Member information and publications before submitting a request.
What the Chamber holds
The Chamber’s records include parliamentary and corporate information held by its impartial administration. Information held by Hampshire County Government belongs to HCG and should be requested from that institution.
Handling a request
Chamber administration should identify the applicable information-rights authority, search the relevant records, apply any lawful restrictions and communicate the outcome through the proper route. This page does not invent exemptions, time limits or appeal rights that have not been established by the applicable law or procedure.
